FAQs

Do you accept health insurance?

Yes! We are currently contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna.

If we don’t accept your insurance, we can also act as an out-of-network provider and supply you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, at your request.

Please confirm nutrition coverage with your insurance provider. Most insurance companies will reimburse part, if not all of your cost.

No insurance? No worries, we also accept self-pay patients!

What forms of payment are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted. Health savings accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending accounts (FSA) are generally accepted, but a secondary payment MUST be on file in case of insufficient funds.

Do you offer virtual visits?

Yes, as of now we are 100% virtual. Sessions may be conducted via video or phone call.

How many visits will I need?

Number of visits varies from person to person and is determined by the complexity of the client’s health history as well as the goals of the visits. There is no minimum number of visits required.

To avoid any unexpected out-of-pocket costs, please contact your insurance provider to confirm how many visits are covered under your plan. For guidance on what to ask, visit our insurance page for helpful tips and instructions.

Will you coordinate care with my provider?

Yes, we can provide progress notes to your referring provider or other requested health professionals with your permission.

Is there a fee for missed or cancelled appointments?

Missed appointments or those cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be charged a fee. Insurance can not be billed for this fee.
