Meet the founder

Krista Wale, RD, LDN, is the founder and owner of Louisiana Nutrition Associates. Krista is a Louisiana-based registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist.

She grew up in south Louisiana, a Denham Springs native. Krista then went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in nutrition and food sciences with a dietetics focus from LSU. She also completed an extensive dietetic internship with Lagniappe Wellness, accumulating 960 hours of supervised practice and successfully passing the national board examination for registered dietitians.

Krista’s experience spans various fields, from sports nutrition to women’s health. She is deeply passionate about the health of Louisiana residents, always taking into account the unique culture of the state when making decisions to support her patients.
